Journey Through Consciousness, Retreat Series in Sedona, Arizona

At One Yoga and Mii Amo spa at Enchantment Resort in Sedona are teaming up for two all-inclusive weekend getaways guaranteed to revitalize your mind, booty and soul. The Journey Through Consciousness retreat will take place on the breathtaking grounds of Mii Amo, a destination spa nestled deep in the red rocks of Boynton Canyon.

Get Your Balance On

The 4-day retreat will leave you aglow in good karma by focusing on transforming physical health, restoring emotional well-being, boosting energy and renewing your inner-being. Throughout each retreat, Ian and Vanessa will guide attendees through energizing and uplifting yoga classes, geared toward all levels followed by meditative exercises designed to release tension and still the mind. Guests will also experience invigorating guided walks that take in the spectacular local landscape. Between yoga and meals, you’ll be able to spa to your heart’s content with six treatments of your choice.

Om-Worthy Itinerary

On Friday and Saturday, you’ll start the day with a healthy breakfast followed by an invigorating yoga flow session. Then, trade your mat for a plush spa robe with a break for treatments and light lunch. The group will meet up again in the afternoon for an hour-long mediation walk through the beautiful mountain setting. Kick your shoes off for yet another spa session break and roll out your mat for a soothing restorative yoga class. Grab a bite to eat then kick back and relax some more in your own, private casita. Sunday brings the retreat to a close with an energizing morning yoga class and delicious brunch.
