On Friday and Saturday, you’ll start the day with a healthy breakfast followed by an invigorating yoga flow session. The group will meet up again in the afternoon for an hour-long mediation walk through the beautiful mountain setting. Kick your shoes off for yet another spa session break and roll out your mat for a soothing restorative yoga class. Grab a bite to eat then kick back and relax some more in your own, private casita. Sunday brings the retreat to a close with an energizing morning yoga class and delicious brunch.
