• Then when ready, set the fear on a shelf. Fears will never go away. You can always take them off the shelf and look at them again, but now you can choose how and when you want to bring it back in.

Reframe Your Life – Explain how to “reframe”

• Life is how we see it
• When we are unhappy, it is usually because we believe that something or someone in our life should be different.
• Reframing is the process of choosing to look at life from a different angle.
• What if we trusted that everything in our life was exactly as it was supposed to be?
• What if we believed that every experience, every person, everything that has ever crossed our path was perfect for our life? If we didn’t think life was supposed to be different, then there would be no resistance and much less suffering. It doesn’t mean we would like it but we would feel a greater sense of peace and calm … no matter what shows up in our life.
